For Builders & Developers:

  • Business details (company name, registration details, and contact information).
  • Project inventory and sales records.
  • Customer details related to their respective projects.

For Real Estate Marketing Agencies:

  • Agency name, registration details, and contact information.
  • Customer contact information related to their sales leads.

For Real Estate Customers:

  • National Identification Card (NIC) (for identity verification and legal compliance).
  • Address & Contact Information (required for property sale and transfer).

2. Data Accessibility & Restrictions

  • Builders and developers can only access the data of customers who have purchased properties from them.
  • Real estate marketing agencies can only access their own customer database and cannot view data of other agencies' customers.
  • Customer data is never shared, sold, or transferred between different builders, developers, or marketing agencies.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The personal data collected is used strictly for:

  • Property sale and transfer processes as required by builders, developers, and government authorities.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for legal compliance.
  • Managing installment and payment plans for purchased properties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Customer data is stored only as long as required for legal and operational purposes.
  • If a customer is no longer associated with any builder or developer and wishes to delete their records, they can request data removal by emailing info@earthconservices.com.
  • Earthcon CRM will process and delete the requested data within 48 hours.

5. Data Security Measures

We implement strict security measures to protect stored data, including:

  • Encryption & Secure Servers to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Restricted Access Controls ensuring only authorized users can view relevant data.
  • Regular Security Audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
